EMPLOYEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WMD Corporations Private Limited

This Agreement is entered into between WMD Corporations Private Limited / Waris MD ("Company") and the engaged worker ("Employee" / "Representative").

By accepting work, compensation, or duties under the Company, the Employee agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. POSITION & DUTIES

Employee duties may include:

  • Cold calling

  • Lead generation

  • Appointment setting

  • Sales outreach

  • Prospect follow-up

  • Daily reporting

  • Client communication

  • Maintaining professional conduct

The Company may reasonably modify duties based on business needs.

  1. COMPENSATION

Employee shall receive:

PKR 30,000 per month

for standard scheduled weekday work and satisfactory performance.

Weekend Incentive:

If the Employee voluntarily completes agreed weekend shifts and assigned duties, total monthly compensation shall increase to:

PKR 34,000 per month

Weekend work is optional unless separately agreed in writing.

  1. PERFORMANCE BONUS

Employee shall receive:

PKR 5,000 bonus for each successfully scheduled qualified meeting.

A successfully scheduled qualified meeting means:

  • A genuine meeting booked with an owner, decision-maker, manager, or authorized representative

  • Meeting date and time confirmed

  • Prospect has legitimate business interest

  • Meeting is not fake, duplicate, spam, self-booked, or misleading

Bonus becomes payable when:

  • Meeting is verified by the Company

  • Prospect attends OR reasonably confirms attendance intention

  • Meeting is not cancelled due to false information supplied by Employee

The Company reserves the right to reject fraudulent, duplicate, low-quality, or non-genuine bookings.

  1. PAYMENT DATE

Salary and verified bonuses shall ordinarily be paid between the 1st and 5th day of each month, subject to:

  • Attendance review

  • Reporting compliance

  • Performance verification

  • Banking / transfer processing time

  1. PARTIAL MONTH / PRO-RATA RULE

If employment begins or ends mid-month, compensation may be paid proportionately based on verified days worked.

  1. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Employee is expected to maintain minimum standards including:

  • Approx. 80 calls per scheduled working day

  • Genuine outreach effort

  • Professional conversations

  • Respectful communication

  • Proper lead notes

  • Accurate reporting

Fake calling, rushed hang-ups, silent calling, false reporting, or intentionally poor effort shall not count toward targets.

  1. DAILY REPORTING REQUIREMENT

Employee shall submit daily reports containing:

  • Calls made

  • Calls answered

  • Interested leads

  • Emails collected

  • Meetings booked

  • Callbacks

  • Common objections

  • Notes / follow-ups

  1. COMPANY DELAY PROTECTION

If the Company fails to provide required numbers, Excel sheets, tools, or lead lists for a scheduled day, that day shall remain compensated.

  1. WORKING SCHEDULE

Calling hours shall be mutually decided based on target country time zones and campaign requirements.

  1. ATTENDANCE & LEAVE

  • Planned leave should be informed in advance

  • Emergency leave should be communicated promptly

  • Repeated unexplained absence may lead to deductions or termination

  1. PAID HOLIDAYS (PAKISTAN)

Employee may receive leave on major Pakistani holidays, subject to business needs:

  • Eid-ul-Fitr

  • Eid-ul-Adha

  • Pakistan Day

  • Independence Day

  • Milad-un-Nabi

  • Muharram / Ashura

  1. MONITORING & ACCOUNTABILITY

Performance may be monitored through lawful means including:

  • Call logs

  • Call recordings where lawful

  • Call durations

  • CRM notes

  • Lead tracking

  • Daily reports

  1. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Employee shall:

  • Represent Company honestly

  • Avoid false promises

  • Use respectful language

  • Maintain professionalism

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

Employee shall keep confidential:

  • Lead lists

  • Pricing

  • Scripts

  • Internal systems

  • Credentials

  • Business strategy

This continues after termination.

  1. OWNERSHIP OF WORK PRODUCT

All lead data, notes, scripts, reports, spreadsheets, and work created during engagement remain Company property.

  1. NON-SOLICITATION / NO SIDE DEALS

Employee shall not:

  • Divert leads

  • Accept private payments from leads

  • Use Company data personally

  • Compete using Company contacts

This applies during engagement and for 12 months after separation.

  1. EQUIPMENT & INTERNET

Employee is responsible for maintaining:

  • Reliable internet

  • Functional device

  • Suitable audio quality

  • Quiet environment

  1. INCENTIVES & REVIEWS

Additional bonuses or salary increases may be granted based on:

  • Reliability

  • Performance

  • Conversion quality

  • Attendance

  • Initiative

  1. NOTICE PERIOD & TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 7 days notice.

Immediate termination allowed for:

  • Fraud

  • Fake reports

  • Misconduct

  • Data misuse

  • Serious underperformance

  • Repeated absence

  1. NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT

Unless legally required otherwise, this arrangement shall be treated as an independent contractor / remote service engagement.

  1. ACCEPTANCE

By beginning work, receiving payment, or continuing engagement, Employee accepts these Terms.
